This time we look upon the night full of dark forces and we aim to bring you back to the light! We have 4 artists that will seduce you with the best of Tech, Trance & Progressive. This event is just as the other 2 already presented: an album release party for none other then TEMPO GIUSTO!

Alongside TEMPO GIUSTO we are proud to bring you the very talented and definitely epic duo, with their release ‘Everything feat. Fisher’ they have given us vocal Trance at it’s best. We embrace: VAST VISION! Also with us tonight, one of last year’s biggest breakthroughs with ‘L’Acrobat’ (co-produced with Static Blue) – making his first appearance in Stockholm: FERRY TAYLE. Last but not least, a legend, with the compilation release of ‘In Trance We Trust 001′ back in 1998 to todays singles ‘As You Wish’ (vs PMW) & ‘In Your Face’ (which was co-produced with VAST VISION), we give you: MISJA HELSLOOT!

Biography:

Intro:
On stage, clad in his trademark white, he is impossible to missor mistake. Wireless keyboard in one hand, an ever−ready clutch of his own productions in the other, his live crowd−interactive performances have brought a new apex experience for club and festival goers worldwide. In 2009 this unequalled approach was reflected in DJ Magazine`s Top 100 chart, where he moved up from his `08 debut position of no.58 to no.21. As a music producer he`s scaled the heights of national charts and with 5 artist albums & compilations released in the last 2 years alone, he is very possibly the most prolific trance musician working today. His name is Roger Shah…

Early History:
Born in Esslingen in southern Germany, Roger first began to hit his production stride in his native country in 1999 putting out the tracks `Claps`, `The Mission` & `Tides of Time`. In 2003 his `High` release was signed by Virgin Records imprint Nebula. This marked his first non−domestic release and over the course of the next 5 years he inked productions to a range of heavy−hitting trance labels − ones that came to include Anjunabeats, VANDIT & Black Hole.

The Armin Connection:
In 2007 Armin named Shah`s `Who Will Find Me` release as his favourite track of 2007. Having heard the demo of its follow up, Van Buuren saw massive crossover potential in the track and made contact in early 2008 to ask if Shah would like to collaborate on it. The result was the Chris Jones sung `Going Wrong`. A national top 5 smash in The Netherlands, the track went on to become one of the biggest selling trance singles of the year. From there Magic Island Records − Shah`s primary label moved from his own stable to that of one of Armin`s industry−leading Armada Music.

Magic Island Records:
An imprint for both Roger`s own material and that of likeminded producers, Magic Island releases have quickly become fixtures in the CDJs of the world`s biggest spinners. Notable up and coming names like Ralph Fritsch, DJ Cosmo, Kim Svard and Walsh & McAuley have all had releases on the label.

`Songbook`:
The M.I. deal`s quickest produce of the Magic Island/Armada deal was Roger`s first artist album, `Songbook`. Hugely received by both press and fans alike, it was much praised for its innovative dual club mix and acoustic version approach. Singles taken from it like `Don`t Wake Me Up` and the aforementioned `Going Wrong` & `Who Will Find Me` (a Top 20 ASOT Tune of the Year in `08) proved to be particularly popular.

Live & DJ Performances:
In late 2008 Shah took the decision to change his artist name. Dropping the `DJ` prefix, he revised it to Roger Shah − a move that signalled a move away from straightforward DJ sets. His successive live−on−stage more concert themed ones have brought a sea change to how trance music is presented to an audience. Many countries around the world have already born witness to this, among them Mexico, Sydney, Ibiza, Argentina, Ukraine, Poland, & India, with Roger performing at tent−pole events including the ASOT400, I Love Kiev, Gatecrasher`s NYE & Judgement Sundays.

Pseudonyms & Side Projects:
In addition to his own−name tracks, Roger has also produced under a matrix of other sun−tipped aliases. Notable among them are his `pka` DJ Shah, High Noon at Salinas, Magic Island & Savannah. Shah is also one half of the Anjunabeats released act Purple Moods, Black Hole project Global Experience and ASOT`s Black Pearl, whose `06 − `09 spanning singles `Coral Sea`, `Java`, `Bounty Island` and `Rise` generated much additional interest in Shah`s solo productions.

Sunlounger:
Sunlounger is without doubt Roger`s best known nom de plume. It was under this handle that he released the `Another Day on The Terrace` long−player in 2008. It reached No.1 on Dutch iTunes `all −music−genres` chart and spawned four singles: `In & Out`, `Aguas Blancas`, `Crawling` & `White Sand`. The project become so celebrated that Roger expanded Sunlounger into a live act − a performance of which was featured on Armada`s ArminOnly DVD. It was this experience that he credited with his latter wholesale move into live Roger Shah performances. In 2009 Roger released the Sunlounger follow−up `Sunny Tales`. Its progeny singles included `Catwalk`, `Mediterranean Flower`, `Change Your Mind` and the much−revered `Lost` − a track that took the illustrious Single of the 2008 title on the A State of Trance radio show..

`Magic Island: Music For Balearic People` − The Compilations:
Roger`s compilation series has so far seen two outings (2008 & 2009) with a third outing slated for Q2 2010. Encapsulating everything Roger stands for musically, their intrinsically White Island trance sound has sound−tracked an uncountable number of clubbers holidays. Roger typically uses the compilations as first−listen holders for future singles & collaborations with Vol.2 including hook−ups with Signum, Judge Jules & Amanda O`Riordan and Tenishia.

`Magic Island: Music For Balearic People` − The Radio Show:
Broadcasting weekly, Magic Island − Music For Balearic People is a 2 hour radio show carried by the famous DI.fm station and is currently being syndicated to many other countries, most recently including Mexico and Jordan. Presented by Roger every Friday between 21.00 GMT (22:00 CET), it showcases him playing melodic trance through the first hour with the 2nd focusing on Balearic, chillout and Dream trance.

Remixes:
Shah has reworked tracks for legendary vocalists like Sarah McLachlan and Nadia Ali. He`s also remixed tunes for a litany of trance−masters including Tiësto, Armin Van Buuren, Mark Norman, York, Cosmic Gate, Josh Gabriel, Johan Gielen, System F, The Thrillseekers, Solarstone, Three Drives, Matt Darey & Oceanlab. Most recently Roger has rewired Andain`s `Beautiful Things` and Richard Durand`s `Always The Sun`.

Today we are happy to announce that Dondale will be the warm-up DJ of the night at the ROGER SHAH – SUNLOUNGER – THE BEACH SIDE OF LIFE TOUR on Saturday, September 18th at Kolingsborg. You can read more about our guest artist below!

Biography:

Dondale, or Daniel Forsgren which is his real name, was born 1987 in Uppsala. The first contact with DJing was at the age of 14-15, when a few of the mates in his high-school class shared the same fascination for the DJ-profession. They sat together in school, planned small parties to raise funds for a school trip, and played with a simple two-channel mixer and two portable CD players and this way he also got our first gig. Crazy fun and without any goal to have a professional DJ career. When high school was over the interest had grown huge but without money to get his own equipment he had to put this interest on hold. It was about 5 years later, in 2008 when he met Tobias (FSOS resident 2BIAS) that Daniel first realized the importance of getting back on track.

Sitting in studio with Tobias, listening to him talk about his vision and his way to work. Time passed by and a multiple sessions later his way of “listening to music” changed significantly, now more widely, analyzing the build up and structure and always counting the beat. What once started of with the tones of ‘Darude – Sandstorm’ and the ownership of all ‘Hard Dance Mania’ CD’s have now turned to become a promising rising talent. After Monday Bar Summer Cruise 2009 the interest grow to the next level, Daniel and a friend bought a complete set of professional equipment and by taking turns who had the “case” at home they started to advance and develop their own sound and technique. Daniel started to make some full length mixes for downloads and started to spread these samples with the Dondale sound.

The big personal breakthrough came with a e-mail, less then a year back Daniel was a visitor at the cruise and now, he got the honor to perform a set on the 40 hour Monday Bar B&W Cruise 2010 (cross the Baltic sea and counted as one of the best club experiences in the world) at the sun deck floor co-hosted by Tranceclubber. Chosen to be playing among artists as Mac & Taylor, Sebastian Brandt, Dash Berlin, Bryan Kearney and Filo & Peri to name a few. This year have so far been full of great achievement for Daniel, not only did he get his breakthrough as a DJ, he also started of with his own productions and he also found his place among the FSOS team. We’re all very excited about what the future has to offer for Daniel, one things for sure, this is only the beginning of a great career in the scene!

The original concept of FSOS as the production group continues as before but separately from the newly founded FSOS Events, FSOS Agency, and FSOS Records which act as subsidiary companies to FSOS Management.

The whole idea to eliminate all slow parts in productions, music releases, artist bookings and so forth is now taken to the next step: to be a competitor to other high-quality labels and to offer a complete musical show containing ourselves and other worldwide based artist. We have started international collaborations with a multiple worldwide agencies and we continue to align with others in the near future; this way if you wish to make bookings of our upcoming live sessions we can also offer complete event solutions with artists of international rank as well as with Swedish talents to meet your requirements.

The label itself won’t have boundaries towards any style of music; the only requirement is that it’s EDM from Swedish producers. Of course we will invite and collaborate with international producers for remixes and other more special projects, but the main focus will be local upcoming and established artists.

Furthermore we will soon launch our community, where you as a member will have the opportunity to download pre-releases from our label, receive special offers and discounts from our soon to be launched FSOS-shop and much, much more.

Keep your eyes open! Soon our first releases will hit trackitdown and beatport, to name a few sites that will be hosting our tracks! This will be a great autumn!

Biography:

Scot Project is one of very few artists whose musical style is clearly recognizable throughout the dance music world. His signature sound has helped create the harder side of the Trance genre, and is now on the forefront of the Tech-Trance movement.
His unique combination of percussive elements mixed with melodic trance rhythms, has made him one of the most successful DJs/Producers in the world, and is widely referred to as the founding father of Hard Trance. Simply put, Scot Project is without a doubt, a legend in the world of electronic dance music.

With regular performances at legendary clubs and festivals all over the planet such as Trance Energy, Sensation, Planet Love, Godskitchen, Gatecrasher, Slinky, Dance Valley, Mystery Land, Defqon, Global Gathering, Homelands, Coach, Avalon, Airport, Space, Judgment Sunday, Zurich Street Parade, The Guvernent, and too many more to list, Scot Project continues a consistent delivery of his very unique sound at the world’s most highly coveted venues.

Learning to mix at the age of 13, Frank Zenker aka ‘Scot Project’ got his first break in 1986 playing break-beat in a youth club. When the acid house movement hit in 1988 Scot Project was hooked. By 1990 he was a resident of several clubs in and around Frankfurt and was spending his paychecks on a small but potent studio.

His first track «X» was released on Overdose in 1994, shortly after followed closely by the hugely successful «U – I Got a Feeling», on Overdose / Positiva which charted throughout Europe. Since then, Scot Project has established himself as one of the biggest producers of Tech-Trance music, with a plethora of remixes and hit productions including mega hits: «Y – How deep is your love», «F – Future in now», «O – Overdrive», «R – Rock», and And remixes such as «Second Trip / Hennes & Cold», «Fire Wire / Cosmic Gate» and «Ding-A-Ling / Yoji Biomehanika», all of which stormed UK and international dance charts. Under his other production name: Arome we have seen such successful releases as «Visions of Paradise», «Hands Up», and more.

Despite his non-stop tour schedule, Scot always found time to twiddle plenty of knobs in the studio. His melodic dance floor ripper «L – Want Your Love » booted Eric Prydz’s number one tune «Call on me» off the top spot of Discomania’s 2004 yearly sales chart. The tune also ousted Mylo’s «Drop The Pressure» and Deep Dish’s «Flashdance» from the top of the German-based chart, with both Judge Jules and Fergie nearly wearing out their copies on their BBC Radio 1 shows.
In 2007 we caught a glimpse of another side of Scot Project when he delivered us a plethora of his special “For promotion only remixes”. The dreadlocked wonder dove head first into remixing some of the worlds biggest dance music hits, which exposed him to a whole new collection of fans. He also released TOCS “2” on Druck Records in the later part of 2007 to follow up his massive Hit TOCS “1”. Before it’s release it was already receiving the support of today’s biggest dance music’s names. And within the first week of release, it rocketed up the charts in many of the legal online MP3 download portals into the top 5 most downloaded tracks.

After fifteen years of top-notch studio production and crowd-pleasing DJ sets, it’s no wonder why Scot Project is one of the world’s most loved and respected Dance artists, and is regarded to as a legend in the world of electronic dance music.

Biography:

Over the last 10 years The Thrillseekers have stood at the forefront of both club and electronic dance music culture. From his debut Top 20 hit ‘Synaesthesia’ through to latter club anthems ‘By Your Side’, ‘Waiting Here For You’ & his latest epic ‘The Last Time’, Steve Helstrip’s music ranks as some of the most affecting, inspiring ever made. With artisan mixing skills and an innate, individualistic music selection, he’s conquered clubs around the planet, playing across 70+ countries and notching up over 500 gigs in his career. To date he’s been placed in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs chart 4 times, reaching No. 45 in 2008. He’s worked with electronic pioneers like Trevor Horn, shared co-production credits with Chicane and co-written on Ferry Corsten’s Grammy nominated ‘Right of Way’ album, notching up over 60 club-stomping productions and remixes in the process. He’s reworked Tiësto and Armin, amongst a host of others, and rewired Sonique’s ‘Feels So Good’ into a worldwide No.1 record. Through the now-legendary ‘NightMusic’ albums and supporting tours, he has also sold in excess of 50,000 compilation units and smashed 150 NightMusic branded events worldwide.

The first peice of the puzzle

The Thrillseekers chronicles start back in 1999, where, on a comparatively basic home studio set-up Steve constructed the seminal, melodic trance milestone ‘Synaesthesia’. Initially released on Neo Records, at the height of trance’s first wave, it has gone on to sell a staggering 1 million copies across its numerous worldwide outings. After Neo’s collapse in 2003, Steve took charge of The Thrillseekers’ catalogue with the launch of his own label, Adjusted Music. With demand sky high for ‘Synaesthesia’ and ‘Affinity’, both tracks were brought back around in 2004 to a huge reception. From there Adjusted continued to build the pressure with a procession of releases including ‘NewLife’, ‘The Last Time’ & ‘By Your Side’, that all demonstrated new angles and shades to Steve’s sound. The latter was championed by Pete Tong, being marked up, quite simply, as “Brilliant”!

Steve is now as well-known as a DJ as he is a producer, having quickly risen through the ranks captivating crowds the world over with his tough, forward-looking sets. His spinning career took off with such speed, that just 12 months after he first put needle to vinyl, he was invited to play at Paul van Dyk’s Birthday party. In 2005 The Thrillseekers moved into compilation territory, with the release of ‘NightMusic Vol 1’. The CD and 30 date world tour that followed were an instant smash generating Stateside and Russian releases of the comp. Volumes 2 & 3 followed in 2007 & 2008 and the tours and albums have rapidly established themselves as a yearly staple for forward-thinking dance fans’ gig diaries and music collections.

DJ Mag and Nightmusic Podcast

In September 2008 The Thrillseekers delivered the first NightMusic Podcast. Presented monthly by Steve, it holds a mirror up to the ever-evolving worlds of cutting edge dance music. Heavily backed by iTunes, it became in instant download hit, while the radio version has rapidly expanded into one of the most popular FM & internet shows in production. Artist collaborations have played an important part in Steve’s production career. Immediately following the success of ‘Synaesthesia’ Steve went on to launch a new moniker for M.O.S. subsidiary, Incentive. En-Motion was born with ‘Truth’ in 2000 and ‘Getting Away with It’ following in 2002. In the adjoining years he also pushed forward, partnering collaborations with Andy ‘Pulser’ Perring as Insigma (‘Insigma’/’Open Our Eyes’/’Avalon’) and with ATCR owner Tim Stark under the name Rapid Eye (‘Never Going Back’/’Circa-Forever’/’Stealing Beauty’/’Santa Cruz’/'Absolut’).

The next level…

After months of preparation and hype the LIVE Xtreme project was finally unleashed to a sell out crowd in San Francisco. The show featured some of Steve’s biggest re-works to date including Hydra – Affinity, Ferry Corsten’s – Sublime, Insigma – Open Our Eyes and of course the 2010 LIVE Xtreme mix of Synaesthesia.

FUTURE SOUND OF SWEDEN presents SECOND CHAPTER – THE RESURRECTION

It’s time to have another party! We have reached freedom and operate entirely in our own, as we did at Clustret. But now in a less known but really awsome facility nearby town, serving with the full rights and we have admission for everyone over 18!

The 10th April, we are visited by no less than our countrymen, and much loved Swedish producers, Sebastian Brandt (ARMADA) and Carl B (BLACK HOLE)
Warm up for the evening is a new FSOS member and now more one of our resident DJs, welcome Melvin Honda!

Last but not least, there’s a little surprise in store for you. Many of you were probably on the Monday Bar Summer Cruise 2008, and saw, but above all heard, Christian Rusch and Carl B in a B2B set on main floor during the return journey. Since this event was highly appreciated and as this very night is Christian Rusch’s 29th birthday,we thought, FSOS and Carl B to invite Christian and you to relive a similar performance; as driving, energetic and epic as it was the 29th of August 2008!

Make sure to check out SL (Busses and Subway) so you know what’s going on. The communications are good, but it’s still a few hundred meter walk.
